classy dinner and talking about farts haha
-
@Galactic123 Amen. It is a great quote. Craig was truly inspired.
-
that's what I was talkin 'bout - farting... :D

@donovansexton Exactly. The other shows just act like their conduits for celebrities to advertise their crap, or for the hosts to make jokes that seem unnatural (which they are, having been written and vetted and such). Craig's feels very organic and natural for the reason you pointed out.

I understand perfectly how humor saves us from despair. I was kneeling in front of a friend's casket, saying a prayer and weeping, when my brother walked up beside me and started telling me a story about a funny answering machine message this friend left him once. I started laughing at the story which kind of short circuited the grief. I said, "I'm laughing and crying at the same time." My brother said, "That's what life is like sometimes." I'll forever be grateful to him for that moment...

"Strangling the *croissant*..."

I love how Craig invites you into his life and feelings so very much. Why do we even have the other late night shows? His is the only one that has any value.
-
So... When are the Emmy nominations???? :P
-
If Craig doesnt get an Emmy for these episodes then something is wrong!!!

@flyoverjovin From flatulence to cultural tolerance. There's always a way to connect things ;) Haha
This whole week is why I really like Craig, Yes he is hilarious, but he is Extremely intelligent!

As a struggling stand-up comic, if anyone ever asks me why I think laughter is important, I'll just tell them: "Laughter is what separates us from despair, and gives us a chance at love." Of course crediting Craig.
