Ghost Captured on Constitution Dr. in Allentown, PA?

I went to Constitution Drive by myself yesterday afternoon. It is known to be haunted by a man who appears to be walking with two dogs. This man was struck by a train and his leg was amputated and he bled to death. Well, ironically, as I am telling this story a man appears walking two dogs. It was really strange. I didn't see him when I turned around to come back. Was he the ghost who haunts this area? It's possible that he didn't appear as an apparition to me because I was driving and not standing still. @daveme7 This was a little strange because it looked like the guy was standing off the road. The weirdest thing is that the dogs look the other way as I'm approaching. Something just felt really strange and I still feel this was a ghost.

@fuckfuckfuuuuuck First off, my opinion is my opinion, whether or not I sound like a douche/troll or speak the truth and likewise as you being entitled to yours. I did not say at any time that anyone didn't see what you have or had seen. Secondly, I live VERY close to Keck Park and have had family that has lived VERY close to these areas. Ive roamed these areas including the so called spot and have seen nothing. I do believe in the supernatural but only through legitimacy.

i live in allentown grew up in allentown all right down the st. We used to run all over down there growing up and i/we had never seen or heard anything crazy... we heard stories but never proof...

@mia0899cs A part of me fel,t a bit devious when I made thisz comment. What would really be freaky if one could get permission to go to the old Walter Reed grounds to do some ghost hunting. Right behind tyhe Malone house was some barracks that had not been used for quite awhile. There was some places no one was supposed to know about and accidentally walked in on one floor-not in the hospital-but they were dealing with dead people. Was there 22 m onths and am now retired since 2006
