Looking good brotha... I'm at 4 months post op this week and down 70lbs (280lbs from 350).. Best decision in my life and the tool I needed to saved life.... Can't wait to hit 100lbs myself... Talk soon bud. Do you have a Facebook?

I am amazed by you! I talk about you in my group therapy sessions and telling everyone to look you up. I am Just starting my journey and hoping to have my surgery date (fingers crossed for the first week of November). Oh man you are doing so awesome! I hope I will be in your position at 6 months, I bet Dr. D is really proud of you. Keep up the great work man, what kind of exercises are you doing and how much protein are you getting in?

@Graystonia Lots of cardio (treadmill and eliptical) and some weight lifting. 80 grams of protein ( isopure). let me know if you need more info.
