The website says 9-12 volts is okay. Do you know if the circuit will be okay if the voltage is a little higher @13-14 volts because of a vehicle's alternator/generator voltage? I bought the assembly kit a few days ago!

that works just as predefined patterns, or is it controlled by a PC ? {looks like just predefined patterns}

It is a standalone device using predefined patterns. If you check the website out it is described in detail along with the firmware and information on creating your own sequences (if you have some technical knowledge)

amigo la verdad me disculparas tu video lo subi en mi cuenta , sin saber que tenia dueño y esque un amigo me dio,creo que para subir videos agenos tienes que pedir alguna licencia , me podrias explicar como hacer para conseguir la licencia esque me piden los diagramas, los componentes , los planos de las pistas de la tarjeta,
