パン生地を両手でこねこね。早回し?と質問されることもありますがそのまんまです。ちなみに、この生地はベトベトなので、さわると一瞬で手にひっついてベトベトになってし­まします。手粉が少ない(ほとんどしてない)ところにもご注目。
