This clip is from the 5th episode from DALLAS' Season 6, entitled "Jock's Will" (airdate: October 29, 1982)

It has been nearly nine months since Ewing family patriarch Jock has been declared dead after a helicopter crash in South America took his life. Miss Ellie now feels it's time for Jock "to be laid to rest legally". Family attorney Harve Smithfield comes to Southfork, along with Gary from California, and the estate is divided equally between the Ewing clan. Now, when it comes to the business of Ewing Oil, it seems that Jock could not decide who could run Ewing Oil to the best of their ability between JR & Bobby, so Jock has decided to split up the company in half between JR and Bobby to be run separately. In the end, whoever grosses the most profit shall become president of Ewing Oil....a move that in the coming year would nearly destroy the family and those around them

Harve Smithfield: George O. Petrie
JR Ewing: Larry Hagman
Bobby Ewing: Patrick Duffy
Eleanor Southworth "Miss Ellie" Ewing: Barbara Bel Geddes
Sue Ellen Ewing: Linda Gray
Ray Krebbs: Steve Kanaly
Pamela Barnes Ewing: Victoria Principal
