I have lost 33 pounds in little over a month, still losing, and quite a few people have wanted to know how. First you take two "kelp" tablets. Kelp is seaweed, loaded with iodine and helps speed up your thyroid gland causing you to burn more calories. Second take one lecithin gel pill. Lecithin is soybean and helps get rid of fat out the body. Third take two "Raw Thyroid" gel pills. This one also helps speed up your thyroid gland also. The first 3 you will only find in a store like GNC or The Vitamin Shoppe and not stores like Wal Mart. Forth is to drink apple vinegar. It among other things helps cut your appetite. Fifth you take good ole Alli which everyone is familiar with. Take one or two of those when you eat something you shouldn't or maybe too much of something you are taking too much of anyway. More on that later. For meals I drink Slim Fast powder, which everyone knows (my favorite is French Vanilla) with water because milk adds calories. I make Slim Fast pudding with 4 cups of Slim Fast mixed with water. It's so delicious, and only 400 calories! If you take one or two Alli along with that, the calorie intake is cut in half to maybe 200 calories? I also eat Slim Fast bars and in this case, my favorite is Double-Dutch Chocolate (everyone has their favorites. They have only 100 calories and give lots of energy and makes you want to tear up the world. You have to cut out all meat, milk, and cheese. No salad dressing because they are loaded with calories. Anything else, like a vegetable you can eat . But please, no salad dressing, you're defeating the purpose. Now I know this diet sounds tough but it comes down to it just bad do you want to lose weight and bring down your blood pressure as well? Think about it. I mean look at me, let me back up here, 33 pounds lighter and still losing and not suffering either; well, once you get use to the diet. Of, this has made my doctors happy. They have taking me off one blood pressure pill altogether because my blood pressure keeps running too low instead of way too high.
