Homosexuality goes to court in India

In 2009, New Delhi's high court decriminalised homosexuality.
Today, India's supreme court has started hearing petitions to decide whether that landmark decision stands or falls.
But activists and lawyers say ratification by the supreme court would merely bethe first step in the fight for community acceptance and equal rights for gays.
