Nothin for nothin...but it is worth mentioning the fact the Fargo citizens decided to take matters into their own hands to prevent disaster, as opposed to waiting for someone else to do it for them. If I were from New Orleans, I would feel a little foolish.

people up north are not like the thieves you see in new orleans and baton rouge--disaster events--.....few are good folks and few are just terrible scums of the earth.
