Internally displaced persons at Yamumbi transitional camp in Eldoret are now threatening to sue the government if it does not relocate them from the camp in the next four months. The IDP's want to use the new constitutional order which gives them a right to demand for good services from the government.

  • When they stole that election all human dignity went down the drain. They need to sue KIBAKI. His action lead to this mess. Please Mr. KIBABKI Borrow some money and help this poor people their houses got burnt because of you PERIOD .

  • Everybody will be demanding their rights and the government will have to borrow massively to meet its constitutional obligations. Then IMF will come knocking with a huge loan with very tough structural adjustment programs

  • Kibaki does not care about poor people. he is a president for the rich.

  • @nonini8 Actually you should be asking where Kibaki is, and whether he cares at all for these people who bore the brunt on his behalf, because of his theft of the elections. How does Raila come in here?

  • where is Raila now and what are his thoughts on these people? Something needs to be done asap. It is a shame how this people could live in such inhumane conditions for 3 years. This just goes to show how greedy and selfish we have become as a country
