  • do that many people walk in the streets in moscow? or was that just for the event?

  • That was a very special event :) In Moscow there's law about mass meetings, which denies to get so many people together at the same time. Our government fears us. And this flashmob was not legal and was kind of surprise for police - they were just about to take part! :)

  • cool, is this for real ?/

  • Of course! :) This flashmob (we call this one Dreamflash) will start again next year, and me and my wife plan to take our 2 y.o. kid there in 2008! :)

  • What is this, exactly? I've been trying to google "dreamflash" and all it gets me are flickr pages and youtube videos. -__-

  • Гигантские пузыри здесь w w w . bubble . greenline . ru ( в адресе уберите пробелы )

  • Прикольно.

  • how long was it i seen a photographer taking pictures was it for the first time?

  • how many were there&

  • I think you're doing great with your English and I appreciate it. I might be able to have a simple conversation in French but not Russian. Is the word "flashmob" used a lot there? Maybe the behavior was given that name because of the way the government tries to prevent it from happening? In most U.S. cities someone has to ask the city first before gathering large groups of people. The answer is no, sometimes too. In the US state of Alabama we had beautiful blue skies and white clouds today-16C.

  • Most of us are isolated too. And this is one of the reason to get together - feel some kind of drive about spring, sunshine and stuff. Sorry, my English is not good enough to describe this properly :)

  • Thank you for the response. I'm wondering about the relaxed, comfortable behavior of so many strangers walking together. Can this be attributed to everyone enjoying the sunshine so much because it's very cold for most of the year? Or am I imagining a sense of community in a scene that seems exotic to me? As a whole, we're pretty isolated from each other here in the U.S. but I guess bubbles are bubbles.
