Part 2 of the NFL on NBC pregame show for Week 8 of the 1995 season.

This part begins with a break including Northwestern Mutual Life (the quiet company), Old Spice, American Express and Amoco Ultimate Gas.

After plugging the doubleheader games, Greg Gumbel then goes to the story of the first half of the 1995 NFL season (much like this season); crappy officiating. The debate then turns to whether bringing back instant replay is the answer with a report by Patriots sideline reporter/News and Notes reporter Will McDonough mentioning those opinions. Will returns to report on the Cowboys being caught $1.4 million over the salary cap, Michael Irvin getting fined for a headslap, and Deion Sanders working on offense.

Then another break featuring Subway, New York Life, Duracell (those commercials creeped me out when I was younger), Head and Shoulders (former sponsor of NBC's postgame show).

Then the Honda Pick of the Week; where the coaches (Gibbs and Ditka) were the only winners. Following is the ad for the 1996 Honda Civic.

The guys make their picks and finally a get-well-soon greeting for Buffalo Bills coach Marv Levy; who had just been released from the hospital after undergoing successful surgery to combat prostate cancer.

@chrisuncleahmad To be honest, I have no idea. The early game we ended up getting in my area was Dolphins/Bengals (which had an example mentioned in the piece as well). I'll see if I can find some info on it.

Human error is going to happen. Maybe officials are looking @ the Sexy chearleaders on occasion!....I would be too! Like the Raiderettes! Instant replay should be a mainstay in EVERY sport.
