T I M M A L O N E Y ... Shaktim ... The Hamlet of YouTube
In this TAKE I am still processing the breakdown of the 'What' exercise ... for me... it is rather a boring take and I'm getting very anxious to press on to the next level, of having a place and a camera that can travel. A better one than my Indian camera... HD perhaps... I can't take my Apple Desk Top and cart it off to a convenient and quiet place to work. I have neighbors and have suddenly become very aware that they are there, which has taken me out of my frame of mind of working. So apologies for being human I suppose. I found myself doing a cold read of the previous scene and being more alive in it than in my 1000th rendering of this soliloquy. Maybe some time off and some new editing projects will help. I am working on the whole scene in my acting class, the Ophelia/Get thee to a nunnery scene. I would love to film the class work we do. Stage is so much different than CLOSE up film acting, which is one of the things I've been working on in my exploration. I hope you'll continue to watch in my journey. Someone once said that you can only be briliant 20% of the time, but the other 80% of performances have to rely on the technique ... someone tell me who I am quoting.
I have a dream to begin a profession in the film industry as an actor. Please check out my previous work on the imdb. I'm Tim Maloney III (number 3) .
peace to you all,

Tim recently had the honor of following Sir Laurence Olivier in 'To Be or Not To Be in Shakespare', sharing one of his YouTube Hamlets, in a documentary shown on the British TV Channel More 4, on Christmas Day...

I finished my first Shakespeare play, Macbeth. I played the King, King Duncan and also Old Siward at the end of the play. It was great. It WAS recorded, but I have not asked about a copy. ... but I will... peace, Shaktim

Yer look kinda works with the music in a very interesting way. Somehow, it reminds me of an old western...I really can't explain why. You should try this with your other takes and try to work a certain theme with each if possible. Overall, this was very enjoyable

this TAKE didn't turn out as bad as I thought... while I was editing it. Give me some of your thoughts... Doing all the editing and choosing of music might be making me a little less coherent of how the combination is working out.
