@2forgetful1 I find it sad how you pass judgment on others as if your personal opinion and sense of morality really matters. It may be "sad" to you, but they are freely expressing themselves and are happy doing it. They aren't hurting anybody.

Curious what can push you into a unwanted catabolic state? Over training, every day stress and not getting enough sleep. So again all the lame advice, go to failure on every rep, no pain, no gain, don't forget to eat then eat some more are all factors that increase the likelyness of going into unwanted catabolic states. The exact opposite of what you're typically told to do.
