  • I got some questions about this.. Can this replace the incline bench? What is a good rep range for mass? Should you just do as many as you can in a super set with the incline bench (I also do the gilloutine press, you can look it up) and if not, can you put a plate on your back to make it harder?

  • do 30 incline push. You will see for yourself where the dif muscle groups are.

  • O.K guys, some of you have obviously never worked out more than your jaw muscles or your typing finger. Scott is correct, a decline push works your UPPER chest. It puts more influence on the UPPER. A reg push works the MIDDLE. Your chest has 3 sets of muscles. That is why you do incline, reg, and decline bench press to round out and fully develop the chest muscles. I dare you to get down on the floor and do a set of 30 reg push and the next day see what muscles hurt. when they quit hurting
