This is one of my baby Rat Snakes It does this like every day I dont know if she is just burrowing or stretching or what..??? I rescued them as eggs and one is eating for me and the other is not. I just thought that if any one out there knows about snakes can tell me if this is normal snake behavior ??? I am trying to learn all I can So I can take good care of these guys Thanks for viewing :)

they really like to berow, and you should feed it atlece once a week:) iv'e had plenty of rat snakes and there really fun and dont take a lot of careing, keep the water cleanand full,by the way you have a great and perfect set up

it's perfectly normal, it's just rying to burrow. mine does it too.

Looks as if she may be needing to shed. Put her in a separate container with wet moss. Until she finishes.
