Elevated Deadlift Max - Weights shown are 445, 475, 505 (tried twice). PR is still 495. Couldn't beat my number (yet).

Oh wow, that was 2 years ago. I haven't done elevated in a while. Thanks for bringing that up! I will have to add that back into the max effort routine and break past the 5s this time.
