Full HD footage of Aer Lingus A320-214 (Registration : EI-DVH) performing an ILS landing on runway 35 at Cork Airport, Ireland.

This flight was inbound from Munich, Germany as flight number EI837 (Callsign : "Shamrock Eight Three Seven") and landed at 17:22 local time.

The conditions at the time were relatively calm with a 8 knot breeze blowing across the runway.

This aircraft was delivered to Aer Lingus on 14/12/2007 and is called "St. Ciara". All Aer Lingus aircraft are named after an Irish saint.

This footage also includes air traffic control radio communications with the aircraft.

This was filmed at Lios Cross (near Cork Airport) with a Samsung HMX-H200 camcorder

  • Pilots tend to disengage the auto pilot about 500 feet of the ground so u can't really say

  • a very smooth landing, the lightest of touches for the gear.

  • @Aviationnation10 He was cleared for an ILS approach. He has a radio scanner.

  • How can you tell its ILS from watching it?
