Most people don't realize breaking the law is breaking the law. Yea it's over stolen candy but I bet you cops had a reason for chasing him and he shouldn't be running from them over a candy bar. He must have violated parole or probation, had a warrant, or a weapon on him. You people to simple to understand the concept of "there's always two sides to a story" are so quick to judge cops. Shit at least they didn't beat the shit out of him. They have a job to do like everyone else
