There is nothing in the video you cannot do. These capacities of movement are natural to us, it means that thanks to a proper training, you can achieve the same. Exactly the same, or why not even better! My videos are not designed to impress you, but to empower you by inspiring you :).

I think he was talking about the locations in the video - they're very nice!

Of course one could do this kind of training just about anywhere...

I have been studying your techniques for a while now, but Im limited by the terrain I have availabe to me as well as climate(inhibits barefoot training/outdoor use of natural obstacles for four months out of the year). Do you have any suggestions? its very difficult to recreate the scenarios indoors.

If you want to be able to do the same one day, it all start with visualizing yourself doing it, then the rest is consistent training, that is scalable, progressive and based on safe and efficient techniques. That is also what makes a difference between intelligent training and being just another jackass "try stuff out" in the woods.

I read that compared to other animals, humans are pretty innefficent at running. Our transition to bipedalism made it more energy efficent for us to walk and less for us to run. I'll try to find the source i read this at if anyone is interested.

Actually, humans have good running stamina compared to many animals. Many animals are primarily sprinters, and tire quickly over long distances relative to well-conditioned humans.
