How about animals: snakes, spiders, harvest bugs etc? In South regions their bites extremely poisonous. Ah?

You're right Alexander, some environments must be approached much more carefully because of such hidden, and real dangers. How you move adapts to the environment, including local fauna or flora, and you may have to be particularly careful in specific areas.

what kind of homoerotic nonsense is this. this is only good for people who have no job, no injuries, perfect weather, and the most perfect place to live in the world. bollocks.

Now this is the perfect excuse for not exercising! Listen well: I manage a company that operates internationally and employs several people. I've had injuries, but a healthy lifestyle allowed me to heal perfectly. I train yearlong, including in the cold winter and bad weather. Nature is everywhere, even in NYC you can find parks with trees and rocks. It is all up to you, not circumstances. You make your circumstances.

Is Norway not the place to do this?! Are you kidding me? This is what I do in Norway every summer. My friends and I run up and down the beautiful mountains, swim in the mountain rivers, drink from the mountain streams, climb trees and swim in the fjords. You are in the perfect location to do this, so don't complain. Just get out there and do it!

Why you may cry is, because you see a human experiencing life. Many people may live or be alive ,but not all of them feel alive.

Where do I start? Ever since I've started doing parkour, my asthma has gone away, I have more energy to move, I run a lot better and faster. I even started doing the paleo diet. Any tips on how to get started to move more like this?

LOL, your post made me laugh. Are you so detached to the way your own body is designed? What kind of injuries are you talking about and how did you accumulate them? I run my own business and I can find time to move. If it's a priority, you'll find the time. We are adaptive creatures... Stop looking for excuses and get off your couch... or you can continue to take those prescription meds if that's where you choose to stay.

This is how we are designed to move...

I'm guessing your feet slowly toughened or you worked up to that? I suddenly want to move to France. Very cool video, and yes, this would be better. Agriculture ruined everything, and I mean everything. Hunters and gatherers would never have the capacity, means, or motive to develop weapons of mass destruction, etc.
