Includes Interviews with Richard "Rico" Stover, author of Six Silver Moonbeams; in El Salvador, Dr. Carlos Payes; in Paraguay, guitar virtuosos Sila Godoy and Felipe Sosa (who recorded the first tribute to Barrios LP in 1965); and in Brazil, the legendary record collector Ronoel Simoes. The documentary also brings to the forefront for the first time the issue of why Andres Segovia refused to "perform or promote" the work of his contemporary Agustin Barrios.
