This Video demonstrates the Spider Mite Video Inspection Robotic System. The Spider Mite is shown working in difficult, dirty and dangerous environments such as crawl spaces. The system is designed to make it easier and safer for Building Inspectors to inspect these difficult-to-access, dangerous and confined spaces. This video demonstrates some of the features and capabilities of the "Spider Mite". The Spider Mite is a small, nimble, low profile robot with a wireless color pan/tilt camera on a Remotely operated 4WD all-terrain vehicle. It can climb 45 degree inclines and carry 5 lbs. of gear. It is equipped to see in total darkness. The operator has the option to record the streaming live video feed. The video shows the vehicle crawling in a crawl space and inspecting Electrical, Energy, Plumbing, Structural and other common Building Inspection Issues.

  • Yes, It is easy to use and really fun! You drive it with the remote control and watch your progress on the monitor-all included in the price. If you get the Virtual Reality Headset as an upgrade, it is a totally amazing experience! its as though you are driving the little 4WD crawler yourself!
