He may have 20+ years of exp in snakes, however it doesn't show with how he is treating these snakes, like inanimate objects. From what this video shows, he has been hatching newborns wrong for the last 20+ years. Yes they may need help getting out, but not forced out, and they do need to absorb the excess fluid in the egg for at least 24 hours.
His rough handling on newborns may show why he has lost other snakes in the past.

A real animal lover. Paw out the babes before they're born. And you have such gentle, sensitive hands. By the time they're 12 they'll all be in the snake psychiatrist's office, and by the time they're 25 they'll all be in prison. Pity the chillens.
