let's help prevent animal cruelty ... how ... let the animals have a nice life and than kill them ... there's nothing bad in doing this ...we're doing them a favor by killing that eating them... the animals would appreciate this ... yeah that's great... we are doing such a good thing we humans should earn a medal for this ... isn't that right ?

@Horses4ever8 farmers can go to hell? wow they give their whole life to feeding you and clothing you and even if you dont eat meat there are still farmers out there raising the other crops that you eat HSUS doesnt tell the whole story if you want the real truth ask a farmer or a animal science college professor. dont talk if you dont know the facts you are making a fool out of yourself!
-
Despite this, they still eat meat.

i'm a farmer but i'm against this cruelty in every way, shape, and form! it's gross. i won't lie i'm no tree hugger or vegitarian (nothing wrong with being one i'm just saying) i get my own meat so i know it's clean healthy and the animal didn't suffer like this. my animals are out in the pastures as long as they can be if the weather is good enough of coarse. they live happy care free lives and when they go for my meat it's quick. no stupid painful contraptions!

finally someone who understands its wrong thank u

they dont deserve to be locked up in cages like that! how dare they! how dare those farmers do that! the animals can't pleed for themselves! what is wrong with those farmers? idle like to backslap them.

But look at how many people are in the world, way to many, people should be eaten by animals, I would rather have that.

Please, you can make a difference.
Don't you think prices went up when child labor was outlawed? Or slavery was outlawed? I know those are extreme examples, but sometimes society has to raise its standards for how goods are produced. This is a change that's coming. Buying organic and cage-free meat, eggs, and cheese for my boyfriend and me probably costs me about $30 more per month than I paid before I switched. I can handle that.
