the scout II was designed to be a workers truck... used for power-line surveying in the harshest of terrain and environments... the bronco was a bit more powerful yes, but the scout could swim, it had a bigger bed, and the four cylinder models pulled harder than the v-8's and those were used for the power-lines. as for the rest of the off-roaders of the day, they were more luxurious than the scouts. woohoo for being an underdog owner! 4-cyl ftw!

Well...actually, no. When the Scout was new, it was made so it would float so infact, it´s more boat than a submarine! =D Scout - Anything else is just a car
