I believe this clip was actually cut from the series, or perhaps just the dubbed version. So it's still in Japanese, no subtitles, sorry about that.
Anyway, I think it's a very interesting clip and I hope you like it, too.

  • bleeh this is the mind rape scene, go watch it in ENGlish in youtube too. Better voice acting....felt real...

  • Excuse me, did you just say the dub was better than the original? You realise that's anime blasphemy, right?

Fact, in America, being a voice actor is basically like being a failed actor. In Japan, it's a real career, something little girls want to be when they grow up.

The eva dub wasn't bad as far as dubs go, but this is better. Especially that scream at the end. Gives me chills.

  • maybe the screaming and shouting in english sticks in my mind better

  • Because it's a language you understand? I suppose I see the logic there, but that doesn't make it better, it makes it more suited to you, specifically. I find that as long as I know what is being said, it doesn't matter what language it's in. I can still feel the emotion in the voice, even if I don't understand the words.

  • OKAY PEACE ALRIGHT! i know, let's stop this coz im a big fan of asuka so i don really wanna argue this thing. ok?

  • lol ceasefire, no problem.

  • I felt more emotion coming from the English version than the Japanese version in the last two episodes.

And anime CAN be good in English too so it isn't blasphemy, it's just your close mindedness.

  • Good vid.

Asuka is a very complicated and interesting character, isn't she?^^

  • can anyone else see the word "sex" from 0:37 to 0:48?

  • Notice how in the scene where Kyoko is presumably attempting to kill Asuka, you can see the words "Nein" and "Tod", which mean "No" and "Death". Interestingly, the ending theme from End of Evangelion is called "Komm, susser Tod".

  • I'm so confused... Does anyone know what's going on or what she's saying?

  • You people are weird,i didnt feel emotioned i felt puzzled.

  • No, Hentai is Japanese for pervert. On the internet hentai can also be labeled as Animated porn.

  • nooo Anime porn

  • I see it the same way as that guy/girl above And I understand japanese verry well. but its just it is a lot more emotional, but this version is more creepy (scream)
