Fire Circus in Kensington Market

A few weeks ago I was asked to film some random happenings in Kensington Market. A group of individuals who like to practice their skills with Poi, staff, etc all meet on a weekly basis to practice and show off what they've learned in a spectacular demonstration of awesome.

This video was also a test of how to Sony NEX VG10 performed in low-light, though there is the odd clip from a Canon XA10 intercut in there.

i want a flaming hacky sack. the sword idea was kinda, well, less than awesome. it had none of the flow like the staff and poi. but maybe if there was two swords :) and I have no idea what they were doing with the bicycle rim? I use to watch my friends on the beach in norther callifornia, and they were mostly poi people. but they had several diff types, like multiple flame heads on one chain and several small chians w/ fire each. always fun in person even with beginners
