The Jukemaster 100 is an amazing bit of kit, but unfortunately is supplied with awful software.
However, it is possible to get it to work - but it took me ages, so here is my guide for anyone who is struggling.
I'm not experienced in Video Instruction, so if you have any queries, please leave me a comment and I will try and answer it for you.

The biggest problem with the software is it is very fussy about ID3 Tags in MP3's.
However, most of the problems come about because of what iTunes does to the tags .... so we need to de-iTune the tags before the Jukemaster software will recognise your songs.

You will need firstly to copy your 100 mp3 songs into a directory - mine was called "backup" and is what I refer to in the video.

Once you have done this, you will need to download 2 free programs - use google to find.

MP3 Toys (We use the editor portion of the program) and MP3 Tag

My video starts with MP3 Toys Editor already loaded.

Good luck & I hope it works for you - it did for me!

Cheers
Simon

  • Hallo zusammen,

    Markus

  • @Buzzo61 ...... send me your email address in a private message and will get it to you.

  • i managed to get the jukemaster to save the songs into separate folders, i think that is because i ripped all of my CD's using windows media and not itunes.

I guess your way is easier once they're all on the PC but i am not sure if the named folders will display as the proper name or not on the jukemaster using my method. I am yet to try it out fully but i do know that the printing titles can be annoying. Maybe you can do a part 2 tutorial for that also? That would be great.

    Thanks

  • Yes I agree with you about the index card printing.

I've managed to get double sided to work a couple of times - but doesn't always work.

I now tend to use Inkjet paper and print them single sided and double them up.

If you cut them correctly they will just about go into the jukebox doubled up.

But I will look at doing another tutorial for the index cards.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • I now have a document explaining how to do this and also included some setting that work for my printer that make work on yours.

Anyone that would like a copy of the document, please private message me on YouTube and put your email address in the message.
