Lastly, being a Christian doesn't mean you can't accept Evolution and other scientific theories. Many Christians accept Evolution. *Creationists*, which is a fundamentalist sect of Christianity, don't accept Evolution. *That's* the difference.

I agree with everything but not believing in evolution and believing in Rapture. I surely hope these people understand that there are millions of democrats like myself who are Christian and plenty of us, as well, who do not believe we came from a rock.
Sorry, I don't. Has nothing to do with my religion, has to do with facts. Abiogenesis has never been proven. Mutations can't create new information. Natural Selection can only select. Period.
But we can all agree Sarah Palin is a nut-job.

Great rant. Palin has been so coddled and shielded from the media it's sick. Palin, 7 months pregnant with a Down's Syndrome child and her water breaking, gets on a plane from Dallas to fly how many hours to a remote clinic without OB/GYN facilities in Alaska? She's "pro-life" and risks her own child's life and mental health that way? And some people in this country are so braindead they'd put her one melanoma away from nukes? That's retarded.
