2 Firemouths and 2 Convict Cichlids

These are my 2 Firemouths and my 2 Convict Cichlids. I'm not sure if they're males, females, or a mix. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. I have a few times where the two Firemouths are together, and I think once where the 2 Convicts are together. One of the Convicts likes to hide in the corner but at one point it noticed the flashing light from the camera and came to investigate. I know it's really dark and I apologize. I will redo this at another time.

sorry cant sex the firemouths from this video. But as they get older the males will become larger, darker with more pronounced throat coloration. They will also have longer pointier fins. All of the above are how to correctly sex con's

female cons have orange on their stomachs

females will have an orange blush between their bars. they will also look more plump sometime. males have longer fins with age. they will develope a slight nochal bump. and as they grow larger, so do the fins and head bump
