  • Hey man, what do you think about the new Streamlight (1xCR123) Sidewinder Compact? In my opinion can be a good compromise between the old Streamlight (2xAA cel) and the Surefire (helmet, overpriced, and nothing special features -it is just my personal opinion, i can be wrong-). Thx for your review and service.

  • @grappolidipalma

is a very nice compromise. i plan on picking one up for my vest....however, personal opinion, the surefire cant be beat for low profile on a helmet. i just wish i had the red model lol.

  • while your lights are nice they are over priced google search tactical flashlights youll find brighter less exspensive and durable lights out there i own several surefires and several streamlights i dought they will last half as long as my maglite i called there hq this week after being produced july 1980 my 3d cell is still going strong

  • @bouncer33441

Mag lite is a good light, but every light in this video was issued at some point in my military time, I didn't spend a dime on these.

I don't know about you, but I definately wouldn't want to carry a 3 Dcell light on my armor, too much weight and unwieldy if using with a sidearm. Also, CR123 batteries are smaller, so I can carry more spares, as well as easier to get in the military supply system. It also means I only have to carry one battery type for my light and PEQ.

  • How many tactical light you will use in one operation ?

  • @Noghtstalker

well as far as what i usually have on my person, i have my helmet lamp/helmet mounted surefire, my surefire G2 in a pouch on my flak, and the surefire on my weapon. so i have a min of 3 on me when i dont have my day pack with me. what is used mostly is the weapon light, then the G2 or helmet light during searches.

  • @unmotomarine0351 Thanks for your answer,

I just buy 6PX Pro and G2X PRO today,

6PX Pro for work and G2X PRO for backup,

and also I have 6P Original that I already use over 6 years,

    I love surefire.
