Great work! Kudos to janvanwillert for not provoking the bear with chatter or attempting to approach it while filming. Nice to see the bear getting on with it's day unmolested by an incautious human.

i've had half a dozen encounters with wild bears while out in the woods where i spent my teenage years. always by the road. let me tell ya, the experience never gets boring! they are amazing creatures - they amaze even if you're scared to death to chance upon them!

What a beautiful animal. I can't imagine that anyone could actually hobby hunt these magnificent creatures. I think bears, especially polar bears, need support and respect.

OH! Look what a BEAUTY! Who could ever harm such an amazing creature-- Black bears are true children of the forest. I know they prefer grubs and berries, but still they are really strong and fast, you sure have a steady nerve!
