toyota sprint series 2011 croft celica gt4 ST165

4/9/11 Croft circuit
7th run of the day in my 330bhp ST165 celica.
this run was 81 seconds exactly, enough to place me 9th overall from a field of 30+
more annoying is 4th to 9th positions were separated by 0.7 of a second!! the top 3 places were significantly faster than us mere mortals :)

this run was done with a cracked piston and about 500ml of oil used per 60 seconds of running time

at 0:42 i shift into 5th gear. throttle is WIDE open and the car barely accelerates. hello MASSIVE rear wing, goodbye acceleration! need more power to pull in 5th

Hi I am currently running an ST165 as a daily runner and just wondered what modifications you made to achieve 330bhp? Is it running the original 165 engine or the 205? etc

i made 300bhp on a 100% standard 165 engine a few years ago (ran it for a long time too). now all that remains is a standard 165 bottom end, *everything* else is new/better and will take me almost to 500bhp without problem.
