Oh wow you know how to open a box!!! This device is way worse than my Polar HRM. Which costs less yet is much more productive. Phone emit waves that ARE BAD FOR HEALTH. Exercise without Phone! Jawbone company of jerks, stole technology, racist adds. I call it a quit on them...

Great video. I use a fitbit now but I would like to use the up but I can't find any good info about how the app works. What are your thoughts on the iPhone app that you use with the up?
