  • @bluebus270 Liz Fox, Simon Welfare, Michael Partington ,

  • @thossey I tried to email Calendar News to discover what the name of the music is in the intro. I still miss that intro to this day. Any ideas ?

  • @ROY4196 "Trumpets And Trombones" is by Gerhard Narholz I believe

  • Judging by the dates we see glimpses of, these titles were filmed in 1971, and they were still being used as late as 1981

  • This Calender theme tune is called Trumpets and Trombones; can anybody help by posting details like the composers name and the music publisher etc? Would be very grateful!

  • Blaming an itv region for covering your area when you dont want it to is like blaming north korea's people for an horrid dictatorship. we're just biproducts of it. Still, YTV clearly did have a Leeds over Sheffield bias...and then again...WHO THE FUCK CARES!?

  • As a little kid, when this was broadcast, for some odd reason I used to think that those pieces of paper were bank notes and not days on a calendar.

  • One of the best themes for calendar.

  • @regentv980 Fuck off you ignorant Yorkshire twat.

  • @gpo746 Yeah well how would you feel if you had "LIncolnshire Television" foisted upon you in 1974 like we did. If the boot was on the other foot, you'd hate it as well.
