  • I like how so many people tell you to be careful etc. and you dont give a shit. Smart move!

  • @Kiddowesth Most youtube experts couldn't GM themselves off the toilet.

  • Good mornings are meant to be an excellent postural exercise, kept with a neutral spine and slightly bent knees. This bastardization of such a good exercise is going to do nothing but DESTROY your vertebrae like a twig which is constantly having more pressure thrown onto it.

For your own good and the love of your lower back, the most important part of your body, stop.

  • You are so correct Worms, I should follow the expertise shown in your videos for superior strength.

  • Awesome work nickel, that's a mighty weight to be GMing so deep with. Who are these tools telling you you're doing them wrong?! They're fine; perfect.

  • Try not to smack the bar... it's awful for the joints - best of luck on your training... cheers

  • Damn right. ;)

  • You are obviously very modest, this explains why you have not posted any videos of your own enormous strength developed through proper training.

  • Yes, you will. Maybe even stronger!

  • If I train correctly, will I become strong like you?
