  • you don't have the chords by any chance, do you?

  • Sorry not me.

  • Even though I am now old and respectable and middleaged, I still want to dance madly round a bonfire bellowing: ''How we all dance with this fire cause it's all that we know''

  • @1piratefish age is just another illusion...

you are as young as you feel :-)

    Peace & Bonfires ;-)

  • @1piratefish I'll throw away my respectability and join you, crack open a can, make a circle, dance like a lunatic, scream the words into the stars, I'm glad I lived this music when I had the chance to

  • Timeless songs... and getting even more relevant with this government than Thatchers

  • is it really a quater of a century since this came out?

    god i feel old

still as valid now as then

sad really that we've not moved on since...

  • Er dude... it cuts out at the end!!!!!!!

  • Only 17. But I'm proud to be of the younger generation in the family. New Model Army had been the soundtrack to my life for 3 years. Fantastic Song.

  • Great tune and so special to me. Thanks guys. Miss you Rob, love you Justin & Jason. If I'm in Marlebrough and I need an ambulance, hopen you come and get me Moose.

  • @loudenvier

Heaton was a lot better on many other songs. That mid-drum break ends off beat. Try counting through it, you can't. Not trying to bash Heaton. He was something special behind the kit, but I have to say it is the bass that is the strongest aspect of this song. It just slithers in, grabs you and pulls you in and along.

  • Just, for a second, pay attention to Heaton's (R.I.P. so, so sad) drumming!!! For me the drums are the most distinctive aspect of this song, and I find melody, harmony and lyrics simply amazing too...

  • HEY IM 56 AND COULD DANCE TO THIS SONG NO PROBLEM:p
