fuck you, if you think spamming your commercial on youtube is going to convince ppl to get your service you are gravely mistaken. it's fucking annoying and has done nothing but push me and my family away from your service.

lastly if possible i would suggest a class action suit for violation of contract if enough people got on board centurylink would be forced to fix their services or go under.

it would be an uphill battle though because they only promise up to a certain bandwidth and never set a minimum, I do believe its doable though due to its missleading promises.

we have had centurylink for 10 years, it was embarq before and was fine now we get a bottleneck every night and are presently in the process of finding a new isp. i will never suggest centurylink to anyone not even my worst enemy. the tech support is crap and they massively over subscribe and then refuse to upgrade the equipment to handle it.

i pay for 1.5mbps and get less then 56k after 4 pm. I would urge anyone considering any purchase of centurylink products not to do it.

centurylink internet and centurylink customer service is shit ... i got a good deal 19.99 for 6 mbs of internet ...got billed 57 dollars a month ...called and complained they said they would fix it and give me a refund never happened that was 3 months ago and 3 calls ago called last week to cancel and was told i should have talked to the guy i got on my "cancel" callhe said i was gonna be charged 200 for quitting early i said listen to my old phone calls he said he had no way to do that ????
