2:37 not true, you don't have to stop behind that line during all cars where busy out of the intersection unless you're blocking intersection after the light was red.

@A08041988 Which is exactly why I just chill at a red light and wait for it to go green before I turn right. I'm 19, I like my car, guess my life is important too so I'm not pulling out in front of cars for no reason. When I get a couple more years of experience behind my belt I might be a little more brave. Don't get me wrong, if the road is obviously clear and there's no one around I'll go right on red but it's hard to tell when the traffic is bad so I just relax regardless of the honking.

I don't like intersection with unprotected turns, especially if there is no turning lane. traffic will get backed up in the left lane

A yellow flashing light is a yield sign. A red flashing light is a stop sign. A no traffic light means nothing, some people just go without slowing down or stopping.
