  • @Debilugaujos Yeah my doctor waited 4 months to do my surgery though because of extension problems so I knew I would have problems after surgery. Don't worry about stairs. going down stairs is still somewhat difficult

  • @AdmiralFear Wel is good to know that your ok. i already got full extension of my knee and i am 4 week post op. butim stil walking a bit funny :D and have troble to go dow the stairs ;/

  • @Debilugaujos Yeah I was unlucky though and had a really slow recovery. I was on crutches for 2 months because I had a lot of built up scar tissue preventing me from bending or straightening my knee. I'm all good now though I'm starting to run again.

  • @AdmiralFear im 4 weeks post op and tha first week was hell but after that its ok is great.for me

  • @Debilugaujos Well everyone is different, but it was really bad for me.

  • @AdmiralFear no is not :O

  • @TheCrazy243 Seriously man I'm a little more than a month post-op and physical therapy is torture.

  • Therapy is fucking killing me!! Bullshit!!

  • @TheXavierLee i just got mine done using the hamstring on tuesday. my surgeon gave me the impression that they werent done any more. Im in Australia though so maybe the community is different here.

2 hours after i got out of the operation they made me get up and walk, then do squats as deep as i can. atm 3 days post op i can go to 90 degress in the squats.

I dont think i would be able to jog though. Im struggling to walk without a limp.

  • @TheXavierLee wow i had no idea there were people still doing patellar tendons....
