@DaTallOne25 i think it was probably just a misunderstanding in text. now days, compulsory routines arent always done EXACTLY the same among different teams but are, in the end, the same move. the US basically does a different 'kind' of split as other countries. other countries also probably recognize that showing full split their is a chance to show off their flexibility.

I totaly remember watching this when it happened. Loved her so much!

very artistic!

How come the American team didn't do the leap split at the end of their first tumbling passes and the other teams did? I don't get it. Somebody please inform me. Thanks! :-)

dang that was good wish i was like that and could do that lol

@volleyballgurly15 everyone had to do the same FX so very single gymnast in that arena knows the music inside out so it isn't that strange that the girl is doing the same moves. maybe she was waiting to do the compulsory FX next after the US and went thru it in her head while Shannon was up there...

1:16 the ultimate gymnastics picture
a photographer would be lucky to catch that(:

@volleyballgurly15 wow she is thats weird!

@volleyballgurly15 its because she's practicing to do the same routine. this was a compulsory routine- one every gymnast had to perform
Ok at point .45 wacth carfully at the gymnast in the backrpund. I swear she is doing the same dance moves as Shannon... I though it was a mirror at frist but it's not cause the girl started walking away after that! That's creepy! Haha just kinda glance back and fourh at both of them you'll see!
