@jelscello Agreed, this violinist is WONDERFUL in this Barber concerto. Lstening to youtube recordings of so many violinists playing the piece and so far, this young man's playing AND Alina Ming Kobialka (13yr old prodigy) whom I accompanied as a orchestra violinist (Parnassus Symphony) a few weeks ago have touched my soul. (Check out youtube ..Parnassus Symphony Barber ...) Both technically PHENOMENAL as well. I prefer their sound/interpretation/passion over the older more "famous" soloists.

i beleive that is jayce ogren (conductor with IMG). damn good violinist though, i think hes only 16 or 17 here.
