  • Their is no such thing as the "torture penalty" in Australias court sentencing aray.

Another video taken out of context by sylviekloot. These people are just saying what they would like to do to the guy who lit the victorian bushfires, yet you act as if these people are judges.

Their is no death penatly in Australia and their is no so called "torture pentaly"

Syvlie why do you continue to make stuff up?

  • You are fool.

I will not capitalise or repeat it as we know you are offended by such things.

Of course the people interviewed are not judges by profession. They seem to be part of a street vox populi. But they certainly do have the right of juris diction (to speak in judgemnet) as do we all on what should could happen to arsonists or terrorists. A torture penalty might not formally exist there, but it seems Australians support it showing contempt for humanity.

  • There is nothing out of context in this video. YOU ARE WRONG S1000.

And I have not made any thing up in this video ... they said what they said and the intent was clear then as it is now.

It is wrong of you to point your finger at me if you dislike the video. Look to your countrymen and woman and your media if you dislike how your people are portrayed here.

  • Also sylvie, i do not come from Australia, i don't live their nor have i ever lived their.

Yet you and GsdudeUK keep saying i do, which just makes me think that you and GSdudeUK are the same person.

  • From what you tell us of your near total non connection to Australia, we can come to a natural conclusion that you are ill equipped to make comment on any such issue as the context of my videos.

Perhaps you are disconnected from Australia as you claim. But in such a case we would wonder at why your friends, subcriptions and featured and other details in your channel being almost exclusively Australian oriented.

You have lied about the removal of 6comments. You have lied before.

    BLOCKED !

  • You are an absolute gutless individual.Cant find anything true so post lies.If it was your country he would be beheaded by now without a fair trial. By the way I notice you never post comments on your own videos.Gutless!!

  • 'Quote: They condemn other nations are barbaric and uncivilised for their methods of law enforcement and crime punishment.'

Where do you get this information from? Australians would support better tougher law enforcement and punishment for those who commit horrendous crimes.

By the way change to title, this arsonist has not be tortured.

This is old but the hypocrisy got me posting.

Rather a sick vivid imagination I say.. I would not have my self on a camera saying any such thing. We see these values leak in the police force, where we are seeing more Police brutality than ever, one waterboarding incident since in NSW and sensless beatings. Even harmless old men.

I know of a man taken down by 3 drunken footballers and put in a wheel chair for life. You can comment, I live in Australia and lots violence here.

  • Sylvie you are an ignorant person and I don't think anyone can help you.

You are a very narrow minded person who can't comprehend with life in general, Your very ignorant unintelligent looks on life and people and country's only seems to give us a definition of who you are not what you state.

  • Sylvie, you have taken this video out of context.

In your video comments you claim that their is such thing as a "torture penatly" in Australias justice system, this is NOT correct.

The video you posted just shows a bunch of normal people saying what they would personally do to the person who lit the bush fires.

It's got nothing to do with australias law enforcement or justice system as you claim.

Their is no "torture penatly" and their is no death penatly.

Another video taken out of contex

  • For a longtime you have dedicated your life to attacking Australia with little or no regard for the human rights offences taking place around the world. It is left wing civil libertarians like you that think killers and rapists and child molesters deserve human rights.... WRONG..

That sort of shit the world can do without. If you rape, kill, or molest, your rights end. Lock em up, hang, or remove their fucking hands..

Your a shit stain on youtube and always will be.

  • @SylvieKloot

You know what Sylvie, for a while i thought you had grown a brain, how wrong i was.

Those public sentiments would differ greatly from nation to nation if presented with the chance to harm one of there own who has harmed so many innocents.

Maybe if your fellow country men stood up for injustice, the women of Egypt would avoid stoning for talking to a man, or police raping female prisoners..

You are a poisonous cunt with no real box to stand on other than your own cardboard one..

  • Sylvie

"Baying for blood" is so common in circumstances such as these, not limited to Australia and people must be allowed to verbally vent their anger at such things. It would be the beginning of the end if we become so anesthetised to things like this that we hardly reacted at all.

  • Sylvie

Let's get this in perspective please. This bloke had been in a position of trust as a volunteer firie and was arrested on suspicion of starting one of the 2009 Vic Bushfires that killed 21 people. Do you seriously believe a similar reaction wouldn't have followed a comparable suspect in almost every country in the world and a great deal more in some?
