Soren had a birthday party with his friends from Hyundai Foreign School here in Ulsan, South Korea. They were a bunch of nice, polite, semi-crazy kids. Soren had a great time. Soren's birthday fell on the lunar new year holiday weekend (most important holiday in Korea) so his Korean friends had family obligations. Therefore, the previous week Soren had a party with his Korean friends and cousins. Two parties for one birthday -- good deal for Soren.

I'm ethically conflicted. I actually hate McDonald's and think it represents a lot of things wrong with the way we live.... but is sure is easy for a birthday.
