Deficit Deadlifts are a great way to increase your deadlift. A lot of people struggle to get the bar off the floor as the start of the deadlift is usually most people's weak spot, deficit deadlifts will fix this by increasing the range of motion and making you stronger at the start of the movement, give them a try, I highly recommend them and the great thing is you can do them at different heights.

  • @glenxxvii wtf? good avice man but ur form sucks dick , prone to hamstring pull and 100% prone to bicep tear , if you were doing a real 3REPMAX you would be fucked , but this was light so no problem , please keep ur damn arms straight and use your hips , also use 6 discs not 3 cuz it wiggles and you can fall and do a split
