@falzett We are phasing the wax boxes out for standard cardboard boxes. It is not unusual for roots to be exposed after shipment and we ask that customers replace soil. We're sorry we've missed the mark and will be in touch via e-mail or phone.
This video is nonsense. I bought three shipments of Leyland Cypress from this seller, none of which was given the painstaking care they describe here. With each subsequent order, I was given assurances from the owner that they would improve, but to no effect. The first two shipments arrived in regular cardboard boxes, with all the soil spilled out, and roots exposed. The final shipment did come in waxed containers, but no effort was made to keep the soil in the pots; exposed roots.
We ship the plants still int the pots. You have to remove the plant from the plastic pot and plant it. Planting instructions are included with your order.

Do you have to cut the pot bound roots? or do you just remove the container then plant them in the ground without touching the root?
