This little girl is a piece of work. Look at the smirk on her face. I see that her mother is in Iraq. She needs to be in intensive counseling. And the attorney needs his ass kicked. This girl has gotten away with being disrespectful and rebellious for too long. That's how she got caught up in this BS. This is why we need fathers in these kids' lives. Then, she CHANGES her story saying she new about the pies. BULL!

Listen don't be fooled by the angelic voice or height, these kids can be deadly in some of the public schools. What did this teacher do to these kids! Wow!

This is easy, she is only copying what she sees in her environment. And, will probably grow up to be like that crack head grandmother of hers that sits so confident to her right side. Im going to say that the teacher had to be mean to these kids to make them want to do something like that. They just didnt wake up and say let go to school and hurt the teacher. this had to be ongoing sitution and the kids just got tired of it. I know

I'm going to have to disagree with those that are saying these kids should receive the same punishment as adults. I believe that this is the result of childhood imagination gone wild. Think of it this way; if an infant were to accidentally hit you, would it be right for you to physically punish it? No. As children grow older, the consequences for their actions grow greater. However, these kids aren't to the age where they should be held to the standards of adults. Its ludicrous to think that way

That kid is so full of it . These kids need to have their butts whopped . If parents we not afraid of going to jail if they spank their child who is doing wrong , then maybe the kids would think twice before acting the way they do.

Sooner or later there won't be any teachers left because the fear of being attack and killed. Not to mentioned school shootings. Age is somewhat irrelevant and people shouldn't be lenient when it comes to punishment. The excuse of they're just kids similar to boys will be boys is inexcusable. Something needs to be done or else we're all doom. Those kids are our future the ones that will be running the country and taking care of us when we are old, if they don't change we are in dip shit
