With rock and roll reality shows being all the rage, one question barks at fans of heavy rock, Supergroup or Supernova? Supergroup was the VH1 show that showed fans an inside view of the forming of an all-star band. The group featured ex-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach, Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian, Jason Bonham, Biohazard bassist Evan Seinfeld and classic rock axeman extraordinaire, Ted Nugent. Supernova was Tommy Lee of Motley Crue, Jason Newsted formerly of Metallica, Gilby Clarke formerly of Guns N' Roses, on a quest to find the singer of their new side project

i was laughing my ass off when Sebastian went for a jog and that Evan Seinfeld was trying to make it like if he always jogs too. Sebastian was jogging smooth and quick and that seinfeld guy was dying trying to catch up. he was so out of shape it was so funny
