it looks like a Freex Flair paraglider, pulling hard and the guy keeps pulling the brakes,I had this wing and it's not for this kind of pilot, lucky he didn't get an asymmetric stall.

This school seems like a paragliding accident waiting to happen - in fact they seem to be proud of this in some twisted way based on all the 'disaster' clips they post. Glad I went elsewhere - I'm still alive!

Learn launch using A anc C risers it's especially good for strong/gusty wind like this, until you release C risers you have full control over the glider during wing rise and can kill the wing at any moment you like.
